What to Expect for Your First Class

Just show up in comfortable gym clothes and athletic shoes. Nothing fancy required.

You’ll meet your coach and have a quick chat about your goals, experience, and any limitations.

From there, you’ll warm up with the group and move into a simple, coached workout that’s fully planned for you and scaled to your level.

You won’t be left guessing what to do. We handle the structure and coaching so you can focus on moving well and getting started.

Membership Options

  • Recurring Membership

    Ongoing access to the gym and all classes with automatic payments. Our most popular option for consistent training.

    $34 / week — 8 classes per month
    $37 / week — 12 classes per month
    $40 / week — Unlimited classes

  • One-Time Purchase

    Pay once and train for a set period with no recurring charges. Get full access to the gym and classes for multiple months at a discounted upfront rate. Ideal if you prefer a one-time payment and want everything handled at once.

  • Punch Pass

    Gives you the flexibility to attend a set number of classes or gym sessions at your convenience. With no long-term commitment, it's perfect for those with busy schedules or who want to supplement their current routine, allowing you to pay only for the visits you use.

  • Nope. You don’t need any prior experience to train here. Every class is coached, and workouts are scaled to your current ability. Whether this is your first time in a gym or you’re returning after a break, we’ll guide you through it.

  • Let your coach know before class and we’ll adjust accordingly. Coaches offer modifications every day to accommodate injuries, limitations, or movement restrictions, so you can train safely and confidently.

  • Absolutely. Your first class is on us. It’s a chance to check out the space, meet the coaches, and see if the gym is the right fit for you. No commitment required.

  • We currently offer coach-led classes at:
    5:15 am, 6:15 am, 9:00 am, 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm on weekdays.
    8:00 am and 9:00 am on weekends.

    Classes are one hour long.

    If your schedule doesn’t align with class times, full-time members are also welcome to train independently during the day and use the equipment as needed.

  • You’ll be coached throughout the entire class. Coaches demonstrate movements, offer cues and corrections, and help you choose the right options so you’re never on your own trying to figure things out.

  • Classes are capped at 10 people. Small class sizes ensure there’s always enough equipment available and that coaches can give meaningful attention to each member.

  • For your free first class, we’ll book you in at a time that works for you.

    Once you’re a member, we use a simple phone app where you can book classes, see the workout, check who’s coaching, and view how many spots are available.

  • Just comfortable gym clothes and athletic shoes. That’s it. No special gear or experience required.

  • We offer several membership options depending on how often you want to train. Pricing and details are outlined on our “Start Here” page, and we’re always happy to walk you through the options after your intro.

  • This is a supportive, welcoming community focused on showing up, working hard, and improving together. People encourage each other, coaches know your name, and effort matters more than ability.
